Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Vastram is offered as an auto-renewing subscription service (Monthly or Annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Under Indian e-mandate regulations, you will be notified at least 24 hours prior to any recurring debit made via UPI Autopay or card mandate.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] — we process cancellation requests within 24 hours — or, if you subscribed on mobile, by managing your subscription directly through the App Store or Play Store. You can also manage or revoke your web e-mandate directly via your bank's portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Vastram until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not prorate cancellations.

3. Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions: Payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions: If you forget to cancel your annual subscription before it auto-renews, you may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal charge. After 7 days, annual subscription charges are strictly non-refundable.
