1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Vastram application and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Subscription and Payments

Vastram is a paid service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. On mobile, payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Billing, with RevenueCat managing your subscription entitlement on top of that purchase. On the web app, payment is processed by Razorpay via recurring UPI Autopay or card mandate.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use Vastram for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Limitation of Liability

Vastram is provided "as is". While we strive for 100% uptime and data safety, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost bookings or revenue.
