VastramThe first time you sign in, Vastram walks you through a short setup wizard to create your shop profile. This only happens once per shop.
During setup
- Shop name — this appears on every invoice you generate.
- Basic contact details to get started.
From Shop Settings, any time
Once your shop exists, open Shop Settings (on phone: the More tab → Settings; on tablet/web: the sidebar) to fill in or update:
- Logo — tap the circular logo picker to upload your shop's logo. It appears on every PDF invoice.
- GST number, address, phone, WhatsApp number, contact email
- UPI ID — for customers paying you directly
- Invoice settings — your default advance payment percentage, security deposit percentage, late return fee per day, and custom invoice terms & conditions text
- Language — switch the entire app between English and ગુજરાતી (Gujarati) with one toggle
None of these are required to start using the app, but filling in your GST number, address, and logo before you send your first invoice makes it look properly professional.
